Itxas-Alde Dantza Taldea protects your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights.

2. What data we collect
When you fill in the contact form: name, email, phone number (optional) and message. If you write to us by email, the data you provide.
3. What we use it for
To answer your message or request (for example, a proposal for an event) and, if necessary, to follow it up. We will not send you advertising and we will not create profiles.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, which you give when you submit the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR), and, if you request a service, the application of pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as necessary to answer your request, and for a maximum of one year if there is no further contact. If you hire a service, for as long as necessary to meet our legal obligations.
6. Recipients
We will not pass your data on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so. For the website to work, we use the following service providers, acting as data processors:
· Framer B.V. (Netherlands): website hosting and form submission.
· Our email provider: to receive and answer messages.
If any provider processes data outside the European Union, it does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or adequacy decisions).
7. Minors
Children under 14 need the consent of their parents or legal guardians to send data through the form.
8. Photographs
We publish photographs of the group’s events on this website. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, write to us and we will remove it as soon as possible.
9. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, as well as the right to restrict processing, to object and to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to kontaktua@itxas-alde.org, proving your identity.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
